He is the former Chief Marketing Officer at ZipRecruiter, and also includes time as the Head of Product at Docstoc (acquired by Intuit). Allan is passionate about finding creative solutions to complex problems through product. Specifically, Allan is focused on delivering employment equity to the market by building products that remove friction in the workplace. He believes that technology must focus on enabling more people at work access to critical HR infrastructure.
